Announcement of the Establishment of the Association of Combinatorial Bioengineering (ACB)

      We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Association of Combinatorial Bioengineering, a group of researchers mainly including specialists in cell surface display. The study group will seek ways to discover and create novel bioactive molecules with functions that are not shared with substances coded by known DNA/amino acid sequences with the use of state-of-the-art techniques such as phage, yeast, ribosome and in vitro display techniques. We hope our study group activity will be the basis for innovation in new fields of biotechnology.
      The founders of the study group are, as described in the prospectus, relatively young researchers who need your encouragement, guidance and advice. Please feel free to give us advice on any matters.
